Logan Square is getting a new neighbor. The new 2100 Hamilton condo tower offers residents an ultra-luxury experience, designed specifically for a post COVID-19 world.

Contactless Experiences

Prior to the start of COVID-19, Bock Development Group had started work on the all-new condo tower. But prospective residents will be pleasantly surprised that many of the design elements are well suited for their socially distanced reality.

Although many are growing increasingly wary of living in high-density buildings, the Bock Development Group is delivering a contactless experience in one of the highest traffic areas, the elevators. With private elevator access for each of the 29 units, residents will use biometric facial recognition technology to access their individual homes.

Outdoor Spaces

As Philadelphia residents were quarantined throughout most of 2020, private outdoor spaces became the ultimate luxury. Thankfully, each unit at 2100 Hamilton has a private balcony with sliding doors that fully retract, combining the indoor and outdoor spaces to become one.
