The Irvine

The Irvine, located at 780 S 52nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19143. This building isn’t your typical high-rise, with marble floors and gleaming cookie-cutter apartments. Our history goes back over 100 years, functioning first as a warehouse. As the building changed hands, graffiti artists saw a canvas and painted the walls with inspired images. Recycled, Renovated & ; Reimagined- the building’s structural bones remained, the artwork was recycled and original materials were preserved wherever possible. You won’t find anything basic here. Each apartment has a unique footprint with complementing designs. We believe in authenticity, not a Rittenhouse Square playbook, and we’ve built something exceptional as a result.
